<br />{ <br /> <br />L- <br /> <br />f <br />1 <br />W <br /> <br />c;. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #1-78 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR 1HE STRUT RES'roRATION <br />PROJECT 111-78 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has previously directed the <br />Engineer to furnish a report as to whe~her or not a <br />street restoration project is feasible and report as <br />to the estimated cost of such improvement, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is now in receipt ot a report <br />from its Engineer declaring that Project #1-78 is feasible <br />and that the estimated cost is $246,616.00. and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREPORE. BE I T RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Centerville, shall meet at the Centerville <br />School Building in the City of Centerville on Monday, <br />April 17, 1978 at 7.00 pm for the purpose of holding a <br />p'ublic hearing upon .the proposed street restoration Project <br />#1-78 and subsequent public hearing will be held at the <br />City Council meeting Wednesday, April 26, 1978 at the City <br />Council chambers at 7100 pm.
