MAYOR. <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />L <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #3-77 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the members of the Centerville Volunteer Fire <br />Department have requested that Rep. Howard Neisen and <br />Senator John Milton introduce legislation in the'Minnesota <br />Legislature to enable certain members of the Centerville <br />Fire Department to retire with compensation from the <br />Firemen's Relief Association Fund, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rep. Howard Neisen has introduced House File <br />#161 and Senator John Milton has introduced Senate <br />File #111, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council is aware of <br /> <br />the ramifications of this legislation on the City of <br /> <br />l.J <br /> <br />Centerville, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council does <br /> <br />hereby support the efforts of the Volunteer Fire <br />Department in this legislation. <br /> <br /> <br />/ <br />I <br />L.....; <br /> <br />'------ <br />
