LarM:e Trac ts

Large tracts may have adjusted front footage on two or more
sides. This adjusted front footage shall apply only to improve-
ments on the particular street upon which the adjusted front
footage faces. The corners of these large tracts shall be con-
sidered as side frontages and the minimum lot depth would not be
assessed in these situations.

\

See Typical Detail #6.

6. Double FrontaM:e Lots

For double frontage lots a single adjusted front footage is
computed unless the lot is long enough to be divided into two
lots. If it can be divided into two lots the front footage would
be computed on each end.

See Typical Detail #7.

7. Areas Partially Served by Utilities

For any tract or parcel which is only partially served by
water or sewer laterals, it shall be assessed for frontage equal
to the minimum lot width allowed by the City Ordinance.

See Typical Detail #.8.

8. Neck Lots

\.....r

For lots which have a small frontage on a street, with a
narrow strip running back 120 feet or more, an adjusted frontage
equal to the minimum lot width is arbitrarily assigned.

See Typical Detail #9.

~
~
);,
,
~
~:
,

t.... \.
JW
~
