Any area which contributes water to this
system, whether by overground runoff or by piping, is assessed up .
to the current rate per square foot. Credit is given for previous
assessments or installation by subdividers.

'--

J. Odd-Shaped Lots

For odd-shaped lots, such as exist on cul-de-sacs or triangular
intersections, etc., the adjusted front footage is computed by
dividing the area of the lot by the average depth.

See Typical Detail #1.

2. Approximately Rectan~lar Lots

For a lot which is approximately rectangular, the adjusted
front footage is computed by averaging the front and back sides
of the lot. This method is~used only where the divergence between
front and rear lot lines is five feet or less.

See Typical Detail #2.

J. Rectan~ular Lots

For the normal rectangular lots, the adjusted front footage is
the actual footage of the lot.

See Typical Detail #J.

4. Corner Lots

'--

Corner Lots are treated like any other lot relative to front
footage. Only that portion of the side footage beyond the minimum
lot depth which could be a buildable lot is assessed.

See Typical Detail #5.
