CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Capra called the May 26, 2010, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Capra made the following additions/corrections to the Agenda: <br /> <br />Consent Agenda, Item #1, added Page 6a, (Check # 25448 – 25456) <br /> <br />Consent Agenda, Item #5, added Page 14a, Encroachment Agreement – Mr. & Mrs. <br />Jeremy Hugger, 1832 Hayfield Road – (Fence) <br /> <br />New Business, Item #7, added Pages 41a, Call for Bids and Authorize Engineering <br />Services for Seal Coat Project <br /> <br />New Business, Item #8, Authorize Anoka County to advertize for bids for the 2010 Trail <br />Project <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Love to approve <br />the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />
