APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.May 12, 2010 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers <br />to approve the May 12, 2010 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville May 13, 2010 through May 26, 2010 Claims (Check #25424 – <br />25447) & (Check # 25448 – 25456) <br /> <br />2.Centennial Fire District Claims through May 18, 2010 (Check #4288 – 4303) <br /> <br />3.Centennial Lakes Police Department Claims through May 12, 2010 (Check #7788 <br />– 7814) <br /> <br />4.RCWD Cost Share Agreement Extension – 2008 <br /> <br />5.Encroachment Agreement – Mr. & Mrs. Jeremy Hugger, 1832 Hayfield Road – <br />(Fence) <br /> <br />Council Member Love asked to pull Item #4, RCWD Cost Share Agreement Extension – <br />2008 for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Paar <br />to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> 4. RCWD Cost Share Agreement Extension – 2008 <br /> <br />Council Member Love asked if it would make more sense to extend this agreement <br />further than one year. City Attorney Glaser stated this is not City money; therefore, the <br />extension time is up to Rice Creek Watershed District. City Engineer Statz added this <br />money is aimed at the first phases of the project and subsequent phases of the project are <br />not funded by this grant. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Love <br />to approve Consent Agenda Item #4, RCWD Cost Share Agreement Extension – <br />2008 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />VI. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />Mayor Capra acknowledged Mark Pangell who has resigned from the Planning <br />Commission. She thanked him for his work with the City from 2005 through 2010 and <br />noted there is an opening available on the Planning Commission and if anyone is <br />interested to contact City Hall for an application. <br /> <br /> <br />1.
