• Insurance includes all property, liability, crime, volunteer, vehicle, and monument <br />sign coverage. <br />• Office supply line item includes all office supplies, and maintenance contracts on <br />printers and copiers. <br />• Telephone /Internet/Web Hosting costs reflect website maintenance contract, <br />telephone costs, the annual phone software upgrade, and costs associated with <br />video streaming and video on demand services. <br />• Postage and subscriptions covers the cost of mailing dubs, equipment for contract <br />maintenance, magazines, newspapers, and other postage for the NMTC. <br />• Property tax is for the recycling assessment. <br />Capital Expenditures <br />Vi <br />necessary upgrade to master control. It includes two four channel server /double <br />encoder units, a 300 disc DVD player, and the equipment necessary to monitor and <br />control the audio and video levels from the new servers and encoders. These units <br />will replace six year old computer equipment, and are necessary for the processing <br />and playback of programs on all public access channels. New microphones, lights, <br />and batteries are necessary on an annual basis. Two camcorders are due for <br />replacement in the public check -out area due to public demand and wear - and -tear. <br />Finally, our DVD duplicator is experiencing problems and should be replaced. It is <br />used to produce and label all of the DVDs we sell. <br />Office equipment includes routine computer and software upgrades for office <br />computers. It will also be necessary to perform a server upgrade for our office <br />network. Our current server is experiencing problems. These problems affect all <br />office computer functions, including editing systems. <br />The building bond payment is included under capital expenditures. <br />P. 4 <br />35 <br />
