All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />6. Planning & Zoning Commission's Recommendation to Ado Ord. #036. Second <br />Series. an Ordinance Amending Chanter 156. Section 156.051 & Section 156.052 <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed background information regarding adopting <br />Ordinance #36, Second Series an Ordinance Amending Chapter 156, Section 156.051 and <br />Section 156.052. <br />Motion by Council Member Love. seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher to <br />aourove the Planning & Zoning Commission's Recommendation to Adont <br />Ordinance #36. Second Series an Ordinance Amending Chanter 156. Section <br />156.051 & Section 156.052. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />7. Suecial Events Permits for Fireworks & Parade (Fete des Lacs) <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed background information regarding the special events <br />permit for fireworks and parade (Fete des Lacs). <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member Paar <br />to aourove Saecial Event Permits for Fireworks and Parade (Fete des Lacs), subiect <br />to the aparoval of the Police and Fire Department. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />8.
