Permit: Subject to -the terms and, conditions set forth herein, the City of Centerville <br /> hereby grants approval of a conditional use permit for: <br /> Bennett & Koch Construction, LLC and property owner W71i . Lessard to operate a <br /> construction business at 6995 - 20 Avenue South and subject to the conditions of <br /> this permit. <br /> 2. Property. The permit is for the following described property: <br /> Outlot A, Center Villa <br /> 3. Conditions. This permit is issued subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) The site shall be cleaned up to remove any tires, debris, equipment parts and the <br /> like. <br /> b) Construct an 8 foot, wood, privacy fence shall be constructed as shown on the <br /> attached site plan in accordance with City Code Section 154.060 D. <br /> c) Not more than eight motor vehicles and trailers can be stored on the site at any <br /> one time and all must be in operable condition and currently licensed. <br /> d) No construction materials may be stored outside the building. <br /> e) Bulk gasoline or other fuels shall not be . stored on site and there shall be no <br /> exterior storage of containers of lubricants or other chemicals. <br /> I) Landowner and the business operator shall jointly and individually be responsible <br /> for the continuing conformance with the permit. <br /> 1 <br />
