• <br /> g) Limits on the noise emitted at the property line to not exceed 70 decibels. And <br /> requiring that the business conform to the noise regulations contained in City <br /> Code Section 91.09 and other nuisance regulations contained in Chapter 91. <br /> h) Business operation shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends. <br /> i) Grantee will follow the applicable standards and requirements of the City of <br /> Centerville, local Fire Marshall, Rice Creek Watershed District, Anoka County, <br /> Army Corp of Engineers, FEMA, Minnesota DNR and any other agency having <br /> jurisdiction over the property and shall secure and file with the City, any permits <br /> required by outside agencies. <br /> j) This permit will be reviewed annually and additional conditions may be imposed <br /> in order to address any unforeseen impacts from the use. <br /> 4.
