Street Lighting <br />Street lighting is required by Ordinance No.8. Article 3 <br />Construction and Improvements. Section 38.10 for all new <br />single and multiple family developments and commercial or <br />industrial developments. The City may require street <br />lighting on other types of street improvement projects. <br /> <br />c. Trees <br />Trees are required by Ordinance No.8. Article 3 - <br />Construction and Improvements. Section 38.09 for all new <br />developments. Trees and other types of landscaping may be <br />required by the City on other types of street improvements. <br /> <br />d. Seeding/Sodding <br />Boulevard restoration by seeding/sodding may be required <br />to prevent erosion. <br /> <br />6.
