CITY OF .GEM LAZE <br />RESOLUTION NO:. 95-12 <br />I5 May 1995 <br />WHEREAS, Mr. & Mrs.. Gerald Thomson have acquired lands from Mr.. Ernest Bernier .of 1633 <br />Goose Lake Road in the City of Gem Lake,: said lands having beet properly subdivided <br />from Mr. Bernier's property;:and. <br />WHEREAS, Mr_ & Mrs. Thomson haveappropriately filed all applications and paid all fees <br />required for relocation of a building onto the aforementioned property; and <br />WHEREAS; the Building Inspector has pre -inspected the structure at it's current <br />location and found it to be consistent with the City's residential buliding.and zoning <br />requirements; and <br />WHEREAS:, the Building Inspector will requite'.: compliance with all applicable Building <br />Codes and:Ordinances in force and effect once located on the site. <br />NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does, by <br />means of this Resolution No_ 95-12, .approve the relocation of said dwelling onto the <br />property located adjacent to and subdivided from 1633 Goose Lake Road in accordance <br />with surreys and other documentation submitted with the.appli.cation. <br />._.7 <br />The foregoing Resolution Na.. 95-12 was offered by �, 1, c,:.iS.',(-1C fry A <br />and was supported by i.
