CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-14 <br />Q9 .August1995 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake has , over the past several years modified and amended the City's Zoning <br />Ordinance No. 43 to meet the changing needs of the community; and <br />WHEREAS: the Mayor and City Council are empowered to appoint a Zoning Administrator to enforce the <br />City's Zoning Ordinance No. 43; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council have determined the need to expand enforcement of the City's <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 43 through additional personnel due to continuing violations of same. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Gem Lake do, <br />by means of this Resolution No. 95-14, approve the addition of the position of Assistant Zoning <br />Administrator; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said position shall have full responsibility for enforcing and <br />administering the Ordinance; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council do hereby appoint Frederic C. Magnuson <br />as Assistant Zoning Administrator for the period 01 August 1995 through 31 December 1995. <br />
