by the Ramsey County Sheriff as part of the city's law enforcement program. The purpose of the resolution <br />will be to identify VIN checks as a part of the commercial transaction of selling autos to Wisconsin residents <br />and not a part of the public safety program provided by the city's tax dollars. The resolution will further <br />empower the city administrator to bill auto dealers for this service on a regular basis. The council directed <br />the Clerk to draft a resolution to address the matter for discussion and passage at the October meeting_ <br />Birkebak then reported that six (6) bundles of advertising have been dumpedat the west edge of the <br />Big Fox Road cul de sac and further stated that the advertiser refused to respond when contacted. by <br />Birkebak. The Clerk was directed to address the matter,. <br />Emeott then reported that Gem Lake was cited in the St. Paul paper as not having a curfew for youth. <br />in the city.
