CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-02 <br />15 January 1996 <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Halls: Inc. has applied for renewal of an On -Sale Liquor and Special Sunday On -Sale <br />Liquor License For the period 01. January 1996 through 31 December 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has paid all fees and met all requirements of the application process; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 1995. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />approve issuance of the following licenses to Gem Lake Hills, Inc. <br />ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE <br />SPECIAL SUNDAY ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE <br />
