CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-03 <br />15 January 1996 <br />WHEREAS, Country Lounge; Inc. has applied for renewal of an On -Sale Liquor and Special Sunday On - <br />Sale Liquor License for the period 01 January 1996 through 31 December 1996;.and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has paid all fees and met all requirements of the application process, and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 1995. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />approve issuance of the following Iicenses to Country. Lounge,Inc. <br />ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE <br />SPECIAL SUNRAY UN -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE <br />
