CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-05 <br />15 January 199E <br />WHEREAS, Country Lounge, Inc. has applied for renewal of a Cigarette License for the period 01 January <br />199.6 through 31 December 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has paid all fees and met all requirements of the application process, and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 1995. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />approve issuance of the following licenses to Country Lounge, Inc.: <br />CIGARETTE LICENSE <br />
