CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-06 <br />15 January 1996 <br />WHEREAS, Hoffman Corner Oil, Inc. has applied for renewal of a Cigarette License for the period 01 <br />January 1996 through 31 December 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has paid all fees and met all requirements of the application process; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 1995. <br />NOW 'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />approve issuance of the following licenses to Hoffman Corner Oil, Inc,: <br />CIGARETTE LICENSE <br />
