CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-02 <br />21 January 1997 <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills, Inc. has applied for renewal of an On -Sale Liquor and Special Sunday On -Sale <br />Liquor License for the period 01 January 1997 through 31 December 1997, and. <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has paid all fees and met all requirements of the application process; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated the esta.hlishment.without incident during 1996, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />approve issuance of the following licenses to Gem Lake Hills, Inc.; <br />ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE <br />SPECIAL SUNDAY ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE <br />
