CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-03 <br />21 January 1997 <br />WHEREAS, Country Lounge, Inc. has applied for renewal of an On -Sale Liquor and Special Sunday On- <br />Sale Liquor License for the period 01 January 1997 through 31 December 1997; and. <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has paid all fees and met all requirements of the application process; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 1996. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the. City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />approve issuance of the following licenses to Country Lounge, Inc.: <br />ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE <br />SPECIAL SUNDAY ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE <br />
