CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-20 <br />12 December 1997 <br />WHEREAS, Cafe Cravings has applied for renewal of an On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor and Special <br />Sunday On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor License for the period 01 January 1998 through 31 December <br />1998; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has been similarly licensed in the past in the City of Gem Lake; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has indicated a desire to renew said licenses for the calendar year 1998; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 1997. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />approve issuance of the following licenses to Gem Lake Hills, Inc,, contingent upon completion of all <br />applications and payment of all fees required on or before 15 January 1998: <br />ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />SPECIAL SUNDAY ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br />
