CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-07 <br />21 January 1997 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake operates and maintains a municipal sanitary sewer as a public utility for <br />the benefit of it's residents, and <br />WHEREAS, the cost of operating said sanitary sewer is determined by the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission (MWCC) annually based upon it's costs of operation, and <br />WHEREAS, current and future Maintenance costs are the responsibility of the City ofGem Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, fundingof operating and maintenance costs is derived from local sewer user charges established. <br />by resolution of the Gem Lake City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby <br />approve the following rates and fees to be set for the use of the municipal sanitary sewer system operated <br />as a public utility by the City of Gem Lake, said rates to be effective at thenext billing date for services. <br />1997.RESIDENTIAL SEWER CHARGES <br />Municipal .
