CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-06 <br />21 January 1997 <br />WHEREAS: Hoffman Corner Oil, Inc. has applied for renewal of a Cigarette License for the period 01 <br />January 1997 through 31 December 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has paid all fees and met all requirements of the application process; and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 1996, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem. Lake does hereby <br />approve issuance of the following licenses to Hoffman Corner Oil, Inc.: <br />CIGARETTE LICENSE <br />
