Mr. Magnuson then reported on LGA/HACA cuts in state aid to cities. <br />Discussion then followed regarding the efforts of the post office <br />and specifically the carrier who delivers the south side of the City. It <br />was suggested that he be identified and that the efforts of both the <br />post office and the carrier named be applauded in the form of a public <br />commendation. The Clerk will follow up. <br />The Clerk then reported on hisdiscussion of White Bear Lake's <br />attempts to convert the BN railway toa bike/hiking path. A memo from. <br />Mayor Emeott t❑ Jim Robinson supporting the effort was presented and is <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />The Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "E" and indicating a balance in the General Fund of $78,551.45 <br />and in the Sewer :F.und of $30,6.57.27 was, upon Motion duly made and. <br />seconded, unanimously approved. <br />Payment of bills totaling $7,785.:.54, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "C, wasunanimously approved with amendments changing <br />Sewer Fund Claim #1096 to #1097. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was, upon motion duly <br />made and seconded, adjourned at 8:40 pm. <br />DATED 29 March 1994 <br />2 <br />Frederic C.
