DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION .€ F THE MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER <br />SYSTEM <br />Section 4.1 General Operation <br />The entire Municipal sanitary. serer system, operated by the City cif Gern. <br />Lake shall be operated as a public Utility and convenience from which <br />revenues will be derived. I1 is .reccrgrr.i z ed that this sewer system <br />might be available to only portions of the pity, and that it. will Serve <br />only where private sewage disposal systems :are unavailable .cer impracti- <br />cal.. The sanitary sewer systen operated by the City cif Gem Lake exists <br />tb serve the u.ser-s of the .system wh.crn have .connected to this syrstern. It <br />i.s expected that the users of the system shall pay for its cOrsst.ruc- <br />t3cers;e maintenance, any rebuilding esr repairing needed .and its Opera- <br />tion. <br />Section 4.2 .Connection. re.c a i.red <br />oc <br />Any buildings Used for .hurnarr habitation and located on pr'^operty adja- <br />cent to a municipal seer main, or in an area through which the system <br />extends, shall be connected tci the municipal sanitarysewer syster <br />within. one ( 1) year from the time a cOririeCtiOrs is available to any such <br />property.
