This Meter shall beinstalled by a registered <br />Plumber and inspected by the Plumbing irrspectc•r before any use <br />is allowed. The rate for each 1000 gallons Will be set by reso- <br />lution of the Pity Cou.rsci1 at its first meeting. in January. <br />c) If the cornrnercial,industrial,institutional or Other user has <br />more than one source of water for one .building or use, each of <br />the sources must bemetered and the total amount of water <br />metered be used for calculating sewer rates. <br />5) If the irrd:ustria1 or cornrnerc.iel user .does not diecharge considerable <br />waste, as a part of its .essential .operation, then the requirement <br />for metering may be Waived .upon recornrnendatiorr of the City Engineer <br />and approval of the City Council.
