Discussion of the 135E Corridor Management Group followed. Motion by Watson, Second by Rasmussen to approve <br />Resolution No.2006-05 providing For continued participation in and financial support.ofthe 135E Corridor Management <br />Group at a cost for 2006 of$562.50 was unanimously approved. <br />Motion by Watson, Second by Rasmussento approve a $125.00.expenditure to provide Mr. Lindner of the Planning <br />Commission the opportunity to attend a Ramsey County Government Training Service seminar on Comprehensive <br />Municipal Planning was unanimously approved. <br />Motion by Watson, Second by Rasmussen to accept the. January Treasurer's Reports as prepared by Cobian which <br />indicate balances in the General Fund ofS59,552.79, in the Sewer Fund of $45,I22.06, in the Capital Projects Fund of <br />S7,787,42, and in the. Gem Lake Bond Debt Service Fund. of $74,200.24 were unanimously approved. Payment of bills <br />totaling$63,933.85 was. unaniniouslyapproved.Mr. Magnuson then reported on expenditures for current capital projects. <br />and the defense of Brian Flansen's detachment and annexation action. In accordance with the provisions of Resolution <br />No.2005-05. Mr. Magnuson reported he has transferred $80,000.00 from the. General Fund Investments and $100,000.00 <br />from the Sewer Fund Investments to the. General Fund in support of continuing operations.. <br />Discussion of notices from the Metropolitan Council regarding affordable housing, copies of which are attached <br />hereto andforwarded to the Planning Commission followed with no action taken_ <br />Discussion of possible attendees including Ramsey County Commissioner Bennett and Ramsey County Sheriff <br />Fletcher followed.
