If not already known, prior to the public hearing we <br />should determine through the City Attorney or otherwise,.. <br />the status of this portion of Scheuneman Road and in <br />whose jurisdiction it currently falls as well as the <br />proper steps to accomplish what is here suggested. <br />One effect of this action would be to increase the size <br />of the abutting lots by a strip 13 feet in width. If my <br />calculations are correct this would make unnecessary the <br />variance being requested by the Dockens.
