S. Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development, hereinafter referred to as HUD, determined that <br />Ramsey County would be eligible to become an Entitlement County <br />and receive an annual allocation of Community Development Block <br />Grant (CDBG) dollars in excess of one million dollars. This <br />money would be to undertake housing and community development <br />activities primarily benefiting the residents of suburban <br />Ramsey County. The amendment includes those new items <br />which are required by HUD and primarily relate to the inclusion <br />of the HOME program.
