RESOLVED:. Motion by Bosak, Second by Rasmussen to accept the May, 2006 Treasurer's Reports as prepared <br />by Cobian were unanimously approved. Payment of bills $43,356.12 was unanimously approved. Mayor Emeott then <br />asked if current property tax payments have been received from Ramsey County .and. Mr. Magnuson responded they are. <br />due any day now. Mr. Magnuson indicated theseweregenerallyavailable as the State defines the City CIerk and the City <br />Treasurer positions. Mr. Watson agreed to take on the job of considering same for the next meeting. <br />Mayor Emeott then announced that this meetingwill be continued to 27 June 2006 at 4:30 PM, Nexen Building, <br />560 Oak Grove Parkway, Vadnais Heights, The continuation of themeeting will be closedtothe public as the City <br />Council will be meeting with the City Attorney to discuss pendingand ongoing litigation.
