Paul Emeott also inquired about the capital improvements plan and how that will be the <br />City Council's responsibility to establish various projects for inclusion into the plan. <br />Water, sewer, street improvements, and bike trails were some suggestions. <br />At the end of the meeting, Dan stated he wants to hold a public hearing on the <br />comprehensive plan at our May meeting (May 6). Jim Lindner said he would serve as the <br />conduit for suggestions on the plan getting the information to Dan.
