Heritage Hall may <br />be used by volunteer and other non-profit groups, comprised of residents of the <br />City of Gem Lake or White Bear Township, or groups of individuals serving <br />residents of the city/township for only a clean-up charge which is $ 30.00 per use <br />(paid to the Building custodian). The City of Gem Lake City Council may waive <br />the clean-up charge on request. <br />2) OTHER EVENTS. Rates for using the Main meeting hall at Heritage. Hall for <br />other events are: <br />a) $ 50.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum (Weekdays (Monday thru <br />Thursday) <br />b) $ 75.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum ( Weekends (Friday thru Sunday) <br />c) $ 30.00 clean up charge (to Custodian) <br />d) $ 150.00 refundable damage deposit <br />Note: Rates for residents of Gem Lake and White Bear Township are 50% of <br />the above listed hourly charge. <br />RESTRICTIONS: <br />1) NO food service is allowed in. Heritage. Hall unless provided by a City of Gem <br />Lake approved caterer (Prom Catering or other as approved by the City). Coffee <br />and cookies style of food may be served in the Foyer without a caterer. <br />2) NO serving of alcohol, beer or wine is allowed in Heritage Hall. <br />3) There is absolutely NO SMOKING in Heritage Hall <br />4) NO religious church service use is allowed in Heritage Hall ( problems with <br />church/state regulations).
