Craig warns that McNulty's drawing might be so <br />restrictive that his other lots may have limited opportunities for optimum house <br />placement. <br />The Planning Commission believes a PUD/cluster arrangement would maximize the <br />potential for these lots. One suggestion was to hire Marc Putman for design review of <br />any proposal, at the developer's (McNulty's) expense. <br />Presentations from the floor <br />We discussed Hoffman's Corners in general and Tousley Ford, Waldoch, and Birkeland's. <br />hinds in particular. We offered no formal plan for any of these lands, we merely <br />speculated on different uses for each of the parcels as it relates to .Putinan's drawings. <br />None of this was anything we haven't discussed before. We also talked about park land <br />placement and the golf course. Should we attempt to make the golf course permanently <br />"recreational land" our city attorney should become involved.
