CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 89 <br />AN ORDINANCE DESCRIBING THE CHANGES IN FEES INCLUDING A <br />CONSULTANT ESCROW FOR THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION I. AMENDMENT. Section 11.2 of Ordinance:58C: is hereby amendedas <br />follows (deleted portions struckthrough, added portions underlined): <br />11.2 PRELIMINARY PLAN. <br />11.2.1FILING - the subdivider shall submit to the Zoning Administrator the <br />following: <br />A) A completed Subdivision Application form <br />B}.Ten (10) copies of the Preliminary Plan and at least one reduced.(S '/ X <br />11 or 8 % X 14) Preliminary Plat. <br />C) The required fees.
