F) An executed Cost Sharing Agreementindicating the applicants <br />understanding thathe/she agrees to reimburse the City for all expenses <br />incurred through staff time and from all outside sources including, but not <br />limited to,engineers, attorneys, and outsideconsultants employed <br />specifically for review andprocessing the application. <br />SECTION 2. SEVERABTLITY.. Should any section, subdivision, clause or other <br />provision of this Ordinance be held to be invalid in any court of competent jurisdiction, <br />suchdecision shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole, or of any part <br />hereof, other than thcpart held tobe invalid. <br />SECTION 3.
