o. The City Council will discuss the projected $8,000 requested by SEH to complete the Comp. <br />Plan. <br />p. Mayor Bob Uzpen explained that the SEH contract will be reviewed and.. a copy will be <br />provided to the Planning Commission for review. <br />q. PC members are asked to look over the Mixed Use and P.U.D. language. <br />3. Agenda items <br />a. Mayor Uzpen reported on the Vadnais Heights. Public Hearing at their Planning Council <br />meeting. The VH PC reported that it was an excellent project and voted in favor 3-1. There <br />were several comments in opposition from the neighbors. It will be located south of County <br />Road E and east of Labore Road. 4-story senior housing. <br />b. Gem Lake should prepare a response to the Ramsey County Comp. Plan <br />Areas to consider are land use housing <br />• Mayor Uzpen questioned if Gem Lake should comment on water planningas it <br />relates to VVB and WBT? <br />c. Gem Lake should respond to the Ramsey County Comp. Plan by April. Review at next <br />meeting and then forward comments. <br />d, Look at the. January Ramsey County Comp. Planissue. <br />e.
