City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No.2009 — 01 <br />January 20, 2009 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE <br />FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />WHEREAS, the individuals, municipalities and or companies identified have agreed to <br />serve in the appointed positions identified for the period 01 January 2009 to 31 December <br />2009.or until replaced by another in an updated resolution. <br />Appointed City Officials and other appointed companies to represent the City. <br />Per Statue these positions/businesses are required. <br />Acting Mayor: Charles Watson <br />City Clerk: William Short.
