The civic <br />space is defined by at least one through street <br />and should be accessible via sidewalk or path. <br />D. Neighborhood Park <br />A larger open area available for recreation, which <br />may include facilities for structured activities such <br />as athletic fields or courts (limited to 40% of <br />space).
