A Collar Building <br />configurationpermits an exception to Design Standards, al- <br />lowing the primary entrance of the Single -Use Building to <br />face an interior parking lot instead: of the frontage street.. The <br />Collar Building can be integrated with the Single Use Build- <br />ing, built with common walls, or separated by up to 20' for <br />vehicle access ora pedestrian arcade.
