Planning Commission Meeting <br />5 May 2009 <br />The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Gem Lake was <br />called to order by Chairman Craig Rafferty on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 7:10 p.rn. <br />in the Gem Lake City Hall meeting room. <br />The following members were present: Commissioners Beth Herzog, Derek <br />Wippich, and Dan Mader. Also present were Mayor Bob Uzpen, Gem Lake City <br />Council Members Gretchen Artig-Swomley, Chuck Watson and Jim Lindner and. <br />Attorney Trevor. Other members of the public were also in attendance per the <br />sign in sheet sent around the room. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND MEETING MINUTES <br />Approval of Meeting .Minutes: Rafferty stated that minutes from the April <br />Planning Commission meeting were not done yet, so could not be voted on. <br />Approval of Planning Commission Agenda: Rafferty stated that the agenda <br />for this everting was not made up, but the Planning Commission meeting would <br />consist of one task to review Section 9. Gem Lake Gateway District. So this will <br />be considered a public meeting. The meeting will start with the Planning <br />Commission's review of yesterday's discussion/review of Section 9 and after that <br />it will be open for public discussion. We'll close that and discuss any changes <br />that might occur during the meeting.
