Rafferty replied that we're [poking that density <br />to come transitionally. Trevor mentioned that there's senior housing, and senior <br />• assisted living. That is probably something that can be addressed •and looked at <br />as an incentive program. The western parcel on County Road E might be a. <br />problem because of where the trees are there. English Street is the only way to. <br />parallel a street to get into that parcel. Trees would need to• be taken out to do <br />this.and would. have to work with•the•County on this parcel.• <br />Can we discuss these issues on May 19, 2009.- The meeting on May 19, 2009. <br />will be a City Council Meeting and the City Council will discuss the plan. No <br />Public Hearing will be held on that night. There might be action taking place that <br />night, depending on what the Council wants. The major concerns is making <br />adjustments to the generic language. The plan to be adjusted to reflex more use <br />areas along County Road E and other comments be incorporated that were <br />heard tonight. The Planning Commission decided to hold a special session on <br />Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. to allow more time to discuss the situation. <br />It will be considered a continuation of this Public Meeting. Motioned by Marier, <br />seconded by Herzog.
