The City has received 101.16% of their revenue anticipated for the first three quarters of <br />2009. This amount represents 52.75% of the annual budgeted revenues. The City <br />received its tax settlement advance from Ramsey County in June, which is the main <br />reason revenues levels are as high as they are.
