RESOLUTION # <br />MADE BY THE CITY/TOWNSHIP OF <br />DATE: <br />WHEREAS, the City / Town of is a member of the Vadnais Lake <br />Area Water Management âť‘rganization (VLAWMO) Joint Powers. Agreement (JPA) to provide water <br />management as required under MN Statute Chapters 103E and 103D, and <br />WI-IEREAS, all affected JPA municipalities have been consulted in the boundary change process and have <br />approved the new boundaries between adjoining watersheds, and <br />WHEREAS, the attached map and legal description of VLAWMO have been developed to reflect the updated <br />boundaries of this watershed, <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that all VLAWMO JPA municipalities do hereby amend the Joint Powers Agreement <br />with the. following Amendment together with the attachedupdated legal descriptionand map of the VLAWMO <br />watershed area. <br />AMENDM.ENTTOTHE..JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />PROTECT.AND MANAGE. THE VADNAIS LAKE AREA WATER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into as of the last date .of execution by and between the participating <br />unitsof local government of the cities of Gem Lake, Lino Lakes; North Oaks, Vadnais Heights, and White Bear <br />Lake and the Township of White Bear. <br />The updated legaldescription and map of the VLAWMO jurisdiction dated: May 6, 2009 are attached to this <br />Resolution and hereby replace the .previous legal description and are incorporated as Appendix A of the <br />VLAWMO Joint Powers.
