Gem Lake City Council Meeting <br />Page 5 <br />Traffic Signal at Goose Lake Road and Otter Lake Road: Councilmember <br />Lindner has spoken with some residents concerning the traffic issues at this <br />corner: Some residents are opposing a signal due to the resident living within <br />fifty feet of the light would not be able to get out of their driveways.
