CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />City Hall - 4200 Otter Lake Road <br />Gem Lake, MN 55110-3763 <br />Telephone 651-747-2790 <br />E-mail City gemlakeMN.org <br />Minutes of Special Gem Lake City Council Meeting <br />27 October 2009 <br />A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem Lake was called to order by <br />Mayor Uzpen on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 7:00 pm in the Gem Lake City Hall <br />meeting room. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Robert Uzpen, Councilmembers, Thomas <br />Rasmussen and James Lindner. <br />City Council Agenda: Mayor Uzpen called the special meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />The agenda for the meeting was to discuss, review and vote on VLAMO Resolution <br />#2009-14: It is a resolution that certifies the VLAMO boundaries to the county.
