City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2009 19 <br />November 17, 2009 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING..FIRMS TO •PERFORM THE FUNCTIONS <br />NECESSARY FOR THE CITY OF GEM LAKE TO PERFORM ITS NECESSARY <br />FUNCTIONS. <br />WHEREAS, Waste Management has an annual contract with the City of Gem Lake to <br />collect the recyclable trash from the citizens and, <br />WHEREAS, The contract with Waste Management expires the end of the year and, <br />WHEREAS, The Waste Management has presented the city with a new contract effective <br />1-1-2010 and. <br />WHEREAS, The new contract has two options for the council to choose from and, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that The City Council of Gem Lake accepts option 2 within the <br />contract with Waste Management and, <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the November 17, 2009 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member and seconded by Council.
