.Gem Lake City Council Meeting. <br />Page •5 <br />Traffic Signal at Goose Lake. Road and Otter Lake Road: Councilmember <br />Lindner has spoken with some residents concerning the traffic issues at this <br />corner. Some residents are opposing a signal due to concerns that those living <br />within fifty feet of the light would not be able to get out of their driveways.
