City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Ordinance No. 2009 — 23 <br />December 15, 2009 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF GEM <br />LAKE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2010. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE HEREBY ORDAINS that fees <br />and charges for City permits and actions shall be collected in accordance with the <br />attached fee schedule. <br />Should any section, subdivision, clause or other provision of this Ordinance, including <br />individual items of the attached fee schedule, be held to be invalid in any court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a <br />whole, or of any part hereof, other than the part held to be invalid. <br />The fees on the attached schedule will become effective on January 1, 2010.
