CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 112 (Summary) <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, § 412.191, a summary of an <br />ordinance may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the <br />office of the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be <br />published in lieu of publishing theentire ordinance: <br />Ordinance 112 establishes procedures for the administrative traffic citations program authorized by <br />Minn. Stat. § 1.69.999.. Citations issued by. City lawenforcement may be paid or contested before a <br />hearing officer retained to provide neutral hearings. A driver receiving a citation may also decline. <br />the process and have the traffic citation handled in District Court as a standard traffic offense.
