CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />Resolution No. 2009-24 <br />December 15, 2009 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake, in prior years, approved lawful gambling by charitable <br />non- profit organizations within the city, and <br />WHEREAS, all lawful gambling for such organizations within the city limits of the City of <br />Gem Lake is subject to all laws and ordinance of the State of Minnesota, the County of <br />Ramsey, and the City of Gem Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Gem Lake reserves the right to suspend or <br />revoke the gambling license or gambling exemption of any organization upon review <br />and due process <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota hereby approves the following gambling license(s) for the period 01 <br />April 2008 to 31 March 2010 contingent upon compliance to all requisites of the City. <br />Gambling License(s) Name <br />Merrick Inc <br />Operating Location <br />Country Lounge <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member and was <br />supported by Council Member and was declared adopted based <br />upon the following vote. <br />Name <br />Uzpen <br />Watson <br />Lindner <br />Rasmussen <br />Artig-Swomley <br />Vote <br />Attest <br />I, William.
